Go farther with your staging by doing a few tiny things that will have a significant influence on the property.  It's great that so many homeowners and realtors use professional home stagers.  Whether you will implement these tips as a home staging company, or are using them as a homeowner or seller, here are some suggestions for setting up a luxury home for a luxury sale:

Upgrade the Lighting

Designer lighting will significantly improve a property. A contemporary pendant or chandelier can completely alter the appearance of the room. For inspiration, look through interior design portfolios or Pinterest, then buy fresh fixtures for each space.

Kitchen Items

Yes, most Realtors will ask that the counters be bare. Be sparing when it comes to accessories! You don't want to have a lot of clutter. However, adding a few posh accessories can significantly warm up the room. A simple charcuterie, a bowl of fresh fruit from the tree outside, or a plant are good options.

Refresh the cabinets

It is true. Premium clients adore fine linens. Opt for a timeless white duvet. The bathroom needs fluffy, white towels.

Consider putting a few high-end goods that your target homebuyer will be familiar with. Create the atmosphere of a boutique hotel suite in the bathroom.

Let the Luxury Feel Pour Out to the Street

Take care of the entrance. The entrance door just needs a fresh coat of paint and some new hardware. Add a sculpture or planter with a healthy plant.

A Curated Closet

You should already be removing all clutter from the home, but when staging the closet, imagine a luxury clothing store. The lighting can make a big difference, and you want everything to look clean, curated, and ready for their items.

Always keep in mind that you are truly selling a lifestyle rather than just a house.  A bottle of fine wine on the bar or a couple designer shopping bags or luggage in the walk-in closet make a statement and welcome the premium customer.
